Your Journey.

Cycle 1: Grounding

In this introductory cycle we focus on the foundational elements of self-discovery: values, needs, strengths and motivation. These are things that are often transposed on us throughout our life, and we may have a general awareness, but rarely do we take the time to re-think or go deeper. For example, don’t lie, don’t cheat, don’t steal, don’t hurt others – are “table stakes” values. They make you a decent person, but they don’t make you YOU.

Without a deep awareness of who we really are and what moves us, we go through life experiencing something called cognitive dissonance. This is what we feel when our thoughts, feelings, actions and values are not in alignment. When we are living on autopilot – and you feel the gap between your acting self and your true self. Whether you could put your finger on it or not. And this leads to a deep inner drought of meaning and purpose. So naturally, this is where we must begin our journey!

Cycle 2: Self-Inquiry

This is where we begin the process of deep inner work. This part of the process is highly custom to the individual, in order to provide the depth and support necessary based on past experiences. We will explore the concept of embodiment, connect with our inner child, and shine a light on our shadows. Our habits, behaviors and limiting beliefs can often be a sloppy manifestation of our past experiences. When we aren’t diligent about observing and understanding those outward manifestations, we let them define us. We let them become our identity.

What We Explore: (all custom and optional)

– Attachments
– Limiting beliefs
– Traumatic experiences
– The things that change us
– Inner child
– Shadow work

Cycle 3: Alchemize

By processing where we come from and where we are currently, we can start to find the alignment that will allow us to dream about where we want to go, and who we want to become. We blend art and science to identify aspects of the aspirational self and aspirational life, and the gaps that may require us to take a leap of faith.

This phase allows us to revisit our discoveries from phases one and two, perhaps with a more enlightened or honest lens, and further explore what is true and unique within us, and what is no longer serving us in our journey of becoming.

We also begin to expand the mind, as we find new ways to connect with our most authentic self. Ghandi was the first to say “if you don’t ask, you don’t get it”, and this quote has been repositioned and repurposed by many people throughout history but the meaning is the same. You don’t get what you don’t ask for. We have been conditioned in our lives not to ask for what we want. But instead, to put our heads down, work hard, and someday reap the rewards of a life well-lived.

Here, I urge you to ask the universe. Ask the universe for what you want. Rethink what is “normal”, practical, safe, fulfilling and meaningful.

What We Explore:

– Embodiment
– Mind body connection
– Self-determination theory
– Resilience
– Imposters Syndrome
– BHAD ( big hairy audacious dreams – the things we don’t dare say out loud)

Cycle 4: Becoming

The culmination of your efforts in this program is to create a sense-of-self that is true and authentic to you, and that allows you to flourish. Your identity will be high-def and in living color. It will serve as your True North as you encounter life’s trials and tribulations. Being truly connected and embodied in this new (or re-awoken) self, will be a comfort you’ve never experienced before. Being home in your body, being home in your mind, feeling resolute in what you stand for, where you have autonomy, and where you can impact others’ and what you most need in life – this is your homecoming.

We will have some fun in this phase as we find creative ways to name and color an archetype that can be your guiding mascot in your transformation. We will also get more systematic as we begin to map out the new habits, behaviors, rituals and beliefs that will support this transformation and maintain the authenticity needed to actualize.

What we explore:
– Archetypes
– Branding
– Personal Code of Conduct/Creed
– Habits
– Rituals
